If your age is Less than 16.5 years, then you are not eligible for NDA Examination.

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy and this examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year. For this year Both the NDA Examination was already completed.

And I Think you are Interested to apply for NDA, So I have to Informed you that, To apply for NDA Examination your age should between 16.5 to 19 Years, No Upper age relaxation is applicable for Any Candidates because there is no Upper age relaxation is applicable in Defence.

So, please apply for NDA Examination Only when you must attained the age of 16. 5 Years.

But As Per Previous Year Notification of NDA (II) Examination, Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1993 and not later than 1st January, 1996 are eligible.

To apply for NDA Examination, you have to complete your 12Th examination form a recognised Board, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for NDA, If you have completed your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects, then you are eligible to apply for all the 3 Wings of NDA : Army Wing, Air-Force and Naval Wings.

But If you have completed your 12Th form Commerce or Arts then you are only eligible for Army Wings of NDA.

As you are 15 years of age, you are not eligible for the NDA exam.

NDA- National Defence Academy exam conducted by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION two times a year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

One who is within the age group of 16.5 years to 19 years of age with 10+2 pass can apply for NDA. Final year 10+2 appearing student can also apply for NDA.

Eligibility for the NDA Exams

The NDA (National Defence Academy) Exam is conducted by the UPSC twice every year in the months of April and August..

The NDA (1) exam for 2012 is going to be conducted on 15th April,2012..

The forms for the above exam shall be released on 31st December,2011 and the last date for form submission shall be on 30th January,2012..

The written exam tests your general knowledge,english,maths and current affairs..

After clearing the written exam..you need to clear the interview and then the medical examination..

Note :- Candidates who are 12th pass outs and within the age limit of 16.5-19 years are only eligible for appearing for the NDA exams..

Since,by the date of NDA (1),you would not have turned 16.5 hence,i am really sorry but you cannot appear for the NDA (1) but you can surely appear for the NDA (2) of 2012 in August..

No you are not eligible for NDA exam.National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like Indian Airforce, Indian Navy,Indian Army.

For the eligible level of the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) you must pass the Common Proficiency Test(CPT) and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government.

Right now your age is 17 years, 8 months, and 15 days. Therefore you are definitely eligible to sit for the NDA Examination. So dont worry about that.

Full form of NDA is National Defense Academy. Union Public Service Commission conducts National Defense Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy for those candidates who wants to enter the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA and NA.

This exam is only for the male candidates who are unmarried. Girls are not allowed to give this exam. The whole application process is conducted online. To sit for this exam following eligibility criteria needs to be satisfied:-

You must possess a higher secondary passed out certificate of a recognized board if you want to join the Army wing. The subject combination at 10+2 level does not matters here.

But if you want to apply for the Naval wing and Air Force wing then you need to have physics and mathematics at 1+2 level. This is an important criteria which needs to be satisfied.

National Defence Academy

As your date of Birth is 6th November 1995 and as per current year 2013 you will be of 18 years in November 2013.So you will be eligible to apply for NDA Exam.

The eligibility criteria for age is between 16.5 and 19 years.
Other than that you must be 10th passed or 12th passed from an affiliated college.
You will have to give the entrance exam of UPSC.
Then if you pass the entrance exam then you will be called up for the personal interview.
