Am I eligible for Non Creamy Layer Certificate having an annual income of 6.1 Lakhs?


Sir, My gross annual income for the financial year 2013-14 and 2014-15 is below Rs. 6 lakh. But it increased to Rs.6.1 lakh for the financial year 2015-16 due to getting Revised Pay arrear of the year 2008-09. Am I eligible for getting Non Creamy layer certificate during October, 2016? An early reply is requested.

--- The limit of annual income of Rs. 4.50 lacks has been increased to Rs. six lakhs for defining the creamy layer among 'Other Backword Classes' candidates in the centrally funded technical education institutes.

--- As your annual income is more than six lakhs, so you are not eligible for Non Creamy Layer Certificate.

--- Your annual income must be under six lakhs to get Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
