Sir, I have completed my B.tech in Information Technology. Am I eligible for recruitment of Scientists/ Engineers 'SC' of ISRO?
Please advice me.

eligibility for ISRO exam is BE/ Btech courses.

minimum 65% marks in btech is require to join in ISRO.

age limit 21-29.

but this recruitment drive B.Tech. in IT are not allowed.

why I.T is not allowed for ISRO............while I.T or C.S are not such a different branches....

Yes you are eligible for the ISRO as you have engineering degree from reputed institutions. You can apply for it without any restriction.
You just have to visit the website of the IsRO you will get all the information.

yes u r eligible for the isro while u r studying it but u have a percentage of 65% to apply for SC there is no fees

Eligibility for Isro Exam 2011:

•BE/B.Tech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% (average of all semesters for which results are available). Candidates who are slated to complete the BE/B.Tech course in the academic year 2010-11 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31.8.2011

Eligibility for SC ISRO exam: -

1. Pass B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engg. or Mechanical Engg. or Computer Science Engg. or Chemical Engg. or Electrical Engg. with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. Nationality - Indian

3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

NOTE: - A candidates appearing in the final year can also apply for SC ISRO exam.
