i have done 2 years b.tech (pass) in electrical technology after 3 years diploma in electrical
now in which course i m eligible to take admission in abroad or which programe is suitable for me

B.Tech degree is a Bachelor degree in technology which is 4 years duration course. You have done 2 years B.Tech not 4 years (as per international standard) irrespective of any field.
In Pakistan, 2 yrs. B.Tech is valid within their country not in other countries. So if you want to study abroad you should complete a 4 years duration course after that you should appear for GATE exam. With higher GATE score you can apply in the foreign universities to study abroad.

Yes you can get admission in B.Tech for Electrical Engineering in foreign Universities after doing diploma.

To get admission in any foreign universities you must have good GRE or TOEFL score.

Most of the Universities prefer either score for selection of foreign students in there colleges.

GRE stands for Graduate Record Examination is an international entrance examination for studying graduation in abroad.

TOEFL stands for Test of English as a foreign language.It is also an international exam for studying graduation or post graduation in abroad.

Both are accepted by British council.

It depends on which field you are interested in order to take admission but you need to complete 4 year B.Tech first than only you can apply for further higher studies.
But for other courses you can apply for entrance tests
