sir, i am blind by one eye completely am i eligible in technical and ground duty branch please reply

As per the eyesight requirement to join any branch of Air Force , you are ineligible .

The AFCAT exam is conducted for 3 branches namely Technical Branch,Flying branch and Ground duty branch of Air Force.

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test .

Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :

For Technical Branch: Bachelor of Engineering .

For Ground duty branch : Graduation in any stream .

For Flying branch :Graduation in any discipline along with 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics .

Age limit :

For Technical Branch: 18 - 28 years

For Ground duty branch : 20 - 23 years

For Flying branch : 19 - 23 years .

Eyesight : -

Eyesight must be 6/6 or 6/36 for Distant Vision

Spectacles corrected Vision limit is 6/9 .
