Wipro is one of the most prestigious IT companies in India. Wipro is a multinational company which provides various services like IT Services, Consulting, Outsourcing etc. By the end of second quarter of 2012, Wipro had the workforce of over 130,000 employees around the world which is around as same level as the software giant Microsoft.

Therefore it is not surprising that you want a job in Wipro. However, I hate to break the bad news to you, it is nearly impossible. You are not meeting the percentage requirement to get the job in Wipro.

But this is not something to be disappointed. Indian IT industry is not all about Infosys, HCL and Wipro. There are several other companies who would happily hire you. Here are the requirements to get job in Wipro.

Eligibility

1. A relevant degree like MCA or the B.Tech from reputed institute.

2. Candidate should maintain 65 percent marks throught the academic career.

3. What this means is that you should score at least 65 percent marks in 10th, 12th, graduation, post graduation etc. If failed to do so, Wipro will not consider you for the job.

4. There should be no backlogs.

5. The maximum gap in education acceptable with Wipro is 2 years.

I don't know about your performance in 10th or 12th therefore can't really recommend anything for you. However I would say that there are several companies who would happily hire you since their requirements are less in comparison to big MNCs. Some of these compaines are:

Sify Limited

Patni

NIIT Technologies

GTL Limited

Covansys (I) Pvt. Ltd

Hexaware Technology

L&T Infotech

Kanbay Software India Pvt. Ltd
