IAS examination after 12th class

No, You are not eligible to apply for the IAS exam after completing 12th class. IAS exam is known as the civil services exam which is conducted by UPSC in every year for the selection of the talented candidates as the post of IAS officer.

To appear in the IAS examination you need the following eligibility criteria :

Educational Qualification : Graduation in any stream from a recognize University.

Age Limit : For general category :- 21 to 30 years.
For SC/ST category :- 21 to 35 years.
For OBC category :- 21 to 33 years.
For PH category :- 21 to 40 years.

Selection Procedure :
->Preliminary examination.
->Main examination.
->Personal Interview.

If you have 12th pass candidate then you are not eligible for the IAS examination. So first complete you graduation degree then you can apply for the IAS exam.

The minimum Qualification required to become an IAS officer is Graduation degree or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
As you have just passed the class 12 exam you should first do your graduation from a recognized university and then you can apply for the IAS.

No, my friend no one can become an IAS officer after 12th.. to become an IAS officer you have to appear in IAS exam, and to appear in IAS exam first you have to complete your graduation..
so, first complete your graduation then you can appear in IAS exam , but your age should be in between 21-30 years..
so, concentrate in your study first, beside this you can take preparation for IAS...

No, After 12Th Examination No One Can Eligible For IAS Examination.

Firstly I have to Inform You That The IAS Examination Was Conducted By UPSC Every Year and If You want to become IAS, IPS Officer, Then You have To Apply for UPSC Civil Services Examination.

But Only Those Candidates are eligible for This Examination, Who Have Completed his Graduate Degree Course From Recognised University, There is no minimum Percentage is required for this examination. If You have Passed Your Graduate Course Then You are Eligible For This Examination.

But 12Th Candidates are Not Eligible To Apply for Civil Services Exams To Become IAS Officer. So, If Your Aim Is To Become IAS Officer, then Please Go with Graduate Course.

If you want to become an IAS Officer you have to Write IAS Entrance Exam civils.

If you want to write civils exam conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

you must be Graduate from any recognized university.

Age limit for open category students is not more than 21 years and not greater then 30 years to the date of 1st august of exam conducting year.

Age relaxation is applicable for reservation candidates up to 5 years.

IAS is one of the prestigious post in India.
It is conducted by UPSC .This exam is conducted every year only one time.

To become an IAS officer following Eligibility criteria is there:-

For being an IAS officer one need to have a Bachelor's Degree from a Recognized Institute. So after class 12 there is no chance of being an IAS officer directly.So after passing 12th it is advisable to go for a good bachelors course from a recognised university and along with it the student should opt for preparation of civil services examinations.

i think if a person want to became ias but without doing b.a.[ h] in one subject becouse after that it becames easy to take choose sub in ias that is already prepared in b.a.

The Entrance Examination was conducted by UPSC every year.

To become I.A.S Officer,the candidate need to crack the Civil Service Examination.

For Civil Service Examination,the candidate should have graduate degree from a Recognized College/University and there is no specific subjects in graduation.You can choose any course,but it's equivalent to graduation.

There is no chance of becoming an IAS officer after class 12th as the minimum educational qualification required is to be a graduate in any field from any recognized university of India.

Age limitation is between 21-30 years for the general , 21-33 years for the OBC , 21-35 years for the SC/ST.

In case of no. of attempts , general get 4 , SC/ST get unlimited while the OBC get 7 attempts to clear the examination.

No,you are not eligible for Indian Administration Service exam with 12th qualification.To appear for IAS exam,atleast you should have complete graduation degree with any stream.Indian Administration Service exam is held once in year, this exam is part of Civil service exam and exam is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility criteria for IAS exam:
Candidate should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university.
Candidate being is final of graduation course can also eligible for IAS exam
Age should be between 21 to 30 years for General category candidates,21to 33 year for OBC category candidates,21 to 35 years for SC/ST category candidates

Number of attempts:
4 attempts for General category candidates.
7 attempts for Obc category candidates
14 attempts for SC/ST category candidates.

You have every chance to become an IAS officer but after passing class 12th you are not eligible to apply for the job of IAS officer as the minimum educational qualification required to apply for the IAS examination is Graduation in any stream from a recognized institution.The age of the candidate should be between 21 years to 30 years.

So therefore I suggest you to complete graduation in a subject of your interest and then apply for the IAS job.

In order to become an IAS Officer..you need to clear the UPSC Civil Service Exams and in order to appear for that exam..you need to complete your graduation first so your prime aim is to complete your graduation first..

Eligibility Criteria for Civil Service Exams :-

1) You should be within the age limit of 21-30 years of age for general category,21-33 years for OBC and 21-35 years foe SC/ST
