teeth test is there for merchant navy? i have got only 27 teeths . am i fit for merchant navy

No there is no such test. They test eyes, height, chest and some reports of lung disease but not of teeth.

I don't think this will interfere in your admission

Physical Standard: You have to medically fit as per the standars prescribed by M.S.Examination Rules, and I think regarding eye sight they specify some 6/6 in both eyes

Dental test is not a criteria for admission, in my opinion.

I don't think that there is no special dental test in the medical check up for joining in the merchant navy..

You should be alright in case of other body parts fitness....

It will not be a problem not having 32 teeth. I think that you are well and fit for merchant navy...

A very simple dental point test is happen in merchant navy.
But you need not to be worried about it, it happen as a formality just knowing the age of any candidate. so just chill yaar & concentrate for written test.

there is no test regarding teeths in merchant navy. So don,t worry. There will be physical test only.

Their is no special dentel test in merchant navy.
In merchant Navy they checks the fitness and stamina.
To qualify in it you have to increase your stamina and be physically fit.

yes,you should have 14 dental points corrected.

There is not any such type of test is taken in merchant navy. only the eligibility required for the merchant navy is that 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics. He should also pass a medical fitness test for sea service under standard norms and with eyesight 6/6 with no colour blindness.
