i want to know the procedure to for applying for CSAT exams. i even want to know the preparation method and about the exam in detail.

CSAT is the examination civil service aptitude test(CSAT). this is the preliminary examination for civil service examination.

the application procedure and other details will be available on the website http://www.upsc.gov.in the notification will come on 19th February, 2011 on the website. last date for receipt of application is 21.03.2011. date of examination 12.06.2011.

I don't understand how this problem is arising. It's possible that you sometimes click the Submit Post button twice and the system takes the first and rejects second because it is same as the first. After clicking Submit Post once, please wait.

to apply for the CSAT exam you to apply for the IAS exam .....
first you have to fill the upsc form bought from the post offices of the various regions ....
and send it to the given address.....
CSAT exam is the CIVIL SERVICE APTITUDE TEST , a preliminary exam if the IAS exam ......
