In which area doing Diploma will be more beneficial in getting a quick and good job?

I passed my 10th in the year 2013 after which I discontinue my studies. However, now I'm thinking to do some short term course based on my 10th. I think a Diploma will be much better as I did not completed my High School also. So, which Diploma should I choose for getting a quick and good job?
