Yes, you are eligible to appear in CTET 2016 examination being a B.Ed 1st year student. Candidates who have completed Graduation with an aggregate of at least 50% marks from a recognised university and passed or appearing in first year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) course are eligible to appear in CTET 2016 examination. Since, you have completed your Graduation with an aggregate of 60% marks and pursuing B.ED first year, you are eligible to appear in CTET 2016 examination.

No, you are not eligible to appear for CTET examination without completing B.Ed degree.

As to appear for examination minimum required qualification is candidate must have passed B.Ed course from any recognised university.

So, you will be eligible to appear for examination after completing your course. CTET examination is conducted twice every year. To get more detail about CTET examination visit at www.cbse.nic.in.
