Can any one please guide me the best alternatives available with a Ph.D. Agriculture candidate (specialization-Genetics & Plant Breeding) if he/ she wish to work with Government organization(s) ?. Many a time Ph.D. holders attained the age more than 30-32 years, they become non-eligible for many government jobs, so I want guidance about such a government fields which prefers candidates with Ph.D. and age more than 32 years.

In government organization PhD student can apply till age of 40 years .
You can apply for professor or assistant professor in various Government polytechnics, colleges , universities in the field you did PhD
You can also apply in various post at Indian research institution , National botanical Research Institute.
