Can I directly go for this combined course of human resource management and psychology directly after 12 commerce is that possible?

Definitely being commerce student you are eligible to pursue a degree course in Human Resource Management and psychology because as per the minimum eligibility criteria you are eligible to pursue this course because any student who has past 10 + 2 from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks in any discipline.
So you are eligible.
More about the admission is given to the scores on the basis of percentage secured by you in 12th standard. More is the percentage more are the chances that you will get admission in government college.

Yes you can do BA degrees in Humanities & Social Sciences, in this only you can learn human resource management and psychology.

The basic eligibility is
1. You must complete 12th in any stream from a recognised board.
2. You must have at least 60% marks in 12th to get admission in any good college or university.
3. You must cross 17 years of age.

After completing B.A you can join MBA (human resource managemet)

Look hardly any university provides such combination of HR and Psychology, so you can do one thing, you can pursue Bachelor in Psychology and thereafter you may try for MBA Hr, because specialisation in HR only be done at Master level not at Bachelors level. So, you do BBA from where you might get certain inference of HR and thereby pursue MBA Hr afterwards.

So, I suggest you to join BBA under any university of repute and simultaneously join BA in Psychology under distance course, so after 3 years you will be having knowledge both on management and psychology. Under UGC norm its permitable to pursue 2 simultaneous course at a time if one of them is a distance course or else its restricted.
