Yes. You are eligible to make your entry into Indian Army as you have completed your 12th class with 54.67%.

In order to join Army, one should have to crack NDA Exam which is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

This exam will be the entrance exam through which the candidates will be placed in various defence services like
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing.

The selection procedure to be placed in above defence services is by
-Written Exam
-Interview.

Here is the eligibility criteria that a candidate need to have to be eligible for Army wing of this exam.

-One shoudl have completed 12th class from a recognized board.
-Candidates who are pursuing final year of 12th class are also eligible to appear for this exam.

One should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this exam.

If you possess the required age criteria, you can appear for upcoming NDA I Exam which is going to be conducted in the next academic year.

Here are the important dates regarding this exam.
-Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
-Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 30-01-2012
-Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012

You have completed 12th standard with above 54% so you are eligible for Indian army in Constable degree.

You are not eligible for NDA exam because those candidate have completed 12th standard with Physics and Math are eligible for NDA exam.

Also your are should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.You must have citizenship of India.Only unmarried Male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.

Yes,you are eligible for army job for after completing 12th standard.The eligibility criteria are
1.Candidate should completed 12th class.
2.The age limit is 17-21 years.
3.Minimum 50% marks is required in 12th class.
This recruitment is conducted by upsc services and the mode of selection is physical test,written test and followed by interview.
You can also apply for the post like Air force and Navy jobs after completion of 12th standard.

My friend 12th marks is not required..

All you need is you just have to pass 12th class..

After that you can appear in NDA exam to join in defense..

Eligibility for NDA exam:-

For Army wing:-

1.Candidate must have complete the 12th in any trade.

2.Candidates age should be in between 16.5-19 years.

3.Candidate should be a citizen of India.

4.Candidate must be unmarried male.

These are the eligibility criteria you need to fulfill..
