Re: Can I become an IPS officer after passing 10th with 51%
IPS stands for Indian Police Service.
As we all know that this exam is conducted by UPSC once in a year. For this minimum qualification required for eligibility is that a candidate must have a bachelor degree holder. Here is no need of 10th percentage. So no need to worry. |

Re: Can I become an IPS officer after passing 10th with 51%
You can not Join or apply for the IPS Officer selections with your 12th basis, you need to complete your graduation course of study in any of the discipline in order to appear for the IPS selections.
After completing your 10th you may need to take up your 12th class and after that take your graduation course in any of the discipline in which you like to study and then during your graduation course take up the IPS preparations or coaching. There are many institutes which will offer you the IPS preparation or coaching and you need to join the institute and take the perfect coaching for the selections and then after your graduation apply for the Civil services examinations which are meant for the IAS and IPS selections. |

Re: Can I become an IPS officer after passing 10th with 51%
In order to become an IPS officer, you need to apply for the civil services examination conducted by the Union public service commission.
For that completion of graduation in any of the stream is compulsory. So with the qualification of class 10th with 51% marks you are still not eligible for the stream. So first you need to complete graduation, there is no minimum percentage marks required for the same. |
