IFS details: your are in 10th standard you are not eligible for this IFS(Indian Forest Service Officer).To become an IFS officer first you have to complete degree in technology or engineering to give this exam. A degree in any one of the following subject would also do: Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Geology, Mathematics, Zoology, Statistics, Agriculture and Forestry. Minimum age of 21 years to give this exam. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 30 year.Age relaxation is applicable for the reserved category candidates. It is up to three years for the OBC candidates and for SC/ST candidates it is up to five years. all the best............... |

- You can become an IFS officer by cracking IAS exam conducted by UPSC. - For this exam, you should be a graduate. - Your age should be between 21 years and 30 years. - The exam has three levels - 1. ifs details:you are in10th standard not eligible for this ifs(indaian forest service officer).you want to this ifs u cmplt any stream of degree university or engineering.
A degree in any one of the following subject animal husbendary,veternary science,botany,physics,mathematics,zoology,chemist ry,agriculture and forestry. Age limit between 21to 30years. 3years relaxation for obc. 5years relaxation for sc/st. |

Before confirming as an IFS Officers, i came through that it conduct a proficiency test by th School of Foreign Languages (SFL). So my very question is,
what, if one is dropped from the so called " Proficiency test"? Thank you. |
