I passed my 12th with physics and maths with 46% can i make leutinent in army

Sure, You can become an Army Lieutenant with 46% marks.
UPSC conducts NDA exam twice a year in which first you need to clear the written exam which will comprise +2 class Math and English and G.K
After the written exam their will be an SSB interview.
If you don't clear this exam don't worry. You still got a shot. You can complete your graduation and then can appear in CDS exam.
