Sir/Madam, I have secured 200592 rank in JEE Main. I have also secured 68% aggregate marks in 12th Board exam. I want to study BTech. So, can I get any Government college with these marks? Please tell me immediately.

No, for getting government college through JEE Mains you must secure AIR at least 20 thousand.

As your have secured nearly AIR of 2 lakh, so it is nearly possible to get a seat in government college through JEE Main.

However, you can get admission in nearby private engineering colleges. There are many engineering colleges which fill their seats directly without JEE Main exam.

If you have scored 200592 ranking in JEE Mains then it is very poor rank if you want to grab a seat in any government college.
You are not eligible to get admission in any of the government colleges.
Therefore, if you want to get admission in government college only then it will be better to gap one year and appear in exam one more time.
And if you are not interested to take a gap then you should go for any of the private colleges.

=> B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology and the duration of this course is four years. For this course candidate must have passed 12th class in science stream from a recognized board.

=> As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in IIT or NIT govt college with 200592 rank in JEE Main and 68% in 12th Board so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in that college which accept your score.

To get admission in any government engineering college, you must have attain at least 75% marks in 12th board Exam and must have rank under 10,000 in JEE Main.
