You have not clearly stated your diploma specialization that whether it is in engineering or in the pharmacy. However, according to your stated qualification, you can get best opportunity only after completing your diploma as junior engineer (J.E.) or Pharmacist in various departments like Public work department, irrigation, hydel, hospitals, BSNL etc. You can also apply to private organizations like the software industry, automobile companies, pharmaceutical industry etc.

There are other job opportunities available for diploma holders in both private as well as in government segment. They can apply for career in defense, SSC clerical cadre exams, Data entry operators, MNCs like Wipro, Mahindra, Honda, Cipla, Ranbaxy, Sun pharmaceuticals etc.
