Yes, you can attend IAS entrance exam for sure. Bachelor’s degree holders in any stream can apply. Maximum age limit to apply is 30 years. Three year and 5 year age relaxation is given for OBC and SC/ST candidates respectively. Moreover, you must have Indian citizenship.
