If Aeronautics is your dream,then you can go for it, there is no one stopping in chasing your ultimate dreams. After your engineering you can apply for GATE exam in Aeronautical branch. Here are some of good colleges where you can apply for it.

No you can do M.Tech/MS with specialization as Aeronautical engineering
You might have done B.Tech in the following disciplines to do M.Tech/MS aeronautical engineering

1. Aeronautical
2. Mechanical
3. Aerospace
4. Civil
5. Mechatronics

You can choose some other specialization , sorry for this
