If you are talking about course in Nautical Science, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria as per the IMU guidelines:

You must have qualified +2 level of exam with Physics, Chemistry and Maths and should have scored 55% in the same.
The maximum age limit is 25 years for candidates belonging to general category and 30 years for candidates belonging to Sc/St category.
