Yes, you are eligible to join the Merchant Navy as Deck cadet after the 10+2. But mostly for the other posts the required minimum qualification to join is the B.tech in the Mechanical or Aeronautical.


The required qualification after the 10+2 recruitment is candidates must have passed the 10+2 with the PCM as the core subject age less than 19 years and unmarried male and female candidate are eligible. The candidate have to go through the short test procedure to qualify for the examination.
