Can I round off my UG degree percentage from 49.8 to 50% as some colleges need 50% for admission?
I am a undergraduate in law(b.l 5 years integrated course) in tamilnadu .... My percentage is 49.8(in tamilnadu tough valuations made..... So i am able to get this percentage only)............ But in every post graduate courses , many colleges need 50% as eligible marks.... Can i apply by rounding off my percentage as 50.......

No rounding of doesn't work. Even they consider it only 49.

No, round off is not applicable in cut off process. But administration can consider gracefully.

First of all . Its very strange that you are not eligible for applying for PG course due to short of few marks.
As you already studying the LAW ,legally you should not attempt this. You have one option , you can apply for improvement . You can choose few subjects and attend the exam. If you score greater than old one new marks will be considered. else old marks will remian as it is. All the best for your exam, Thanks, Om chavan |

I got 49.9% marks in my masters in clinical psychology. I belong to OBC. And according to some universties 50% is required to get admission for m.phil.Will 49.9% rounded up to 50%?

Legally you can not attempt the rounding off of your percentage marks. But still you can apply as it could be considered as 49.8 ~50% where it is not specifically mentioned while filling the form of application.
