Yes, you can apply for the NET exam after completing your LLM in distance education provided your degree is from a approved University and that degree is approved by Distance Education Council. The NET exam is conducted by UGC for recruitment of eligible candidates in to lecturer posts in different government law colleges or universities. The main qualification for attending the NET exam is a post graduation. You should score an aggregate of 55% marks in the post graduation level. You can also apply for PhD after completing your Post graduation. Regarding the jobs after LLM you can enter in to the judicial services in state or central government services. You can also practice as Public prosecutors, or else apply for jobs in Income tax department

National Eligibility Test is conducted by the UGC every year. The Eligibility for this exam is , to have a Post graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university with 55% marks in aggregate.

It is not the matter that your degree is of correspondence or regular. If it is from a recognised university then definitely you can appear in this exam.
