Yes you can give aptitude test before IIT-Jee and AIEEE. Many of the institutes offers to give aptitude test before competitive exams so that student gets an idea about the type of questions that come in exams and how to answer them.

yes you have to pass the aptitude first then only you will be eligible to give the main test..

You can appear for any number of test before IIT JEE and AIEEE. These are independent exams and you appearing in any of the exams wont restrict you to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE. All the best
