hi...there are many small companies which are ready to hire mechanical engineers with back logs but these jobs have no value and no meaning because they pay really less and ask you to do an work of an supervisor.
the beat thing that you should try to do right now is that first try to complete your subjects and then try to get into job in some good comopany like the larsen and toubro limited,tata,mahindra etc or else you can also try for public sector companies but you do have to clear there written test some of such companies are ongc,iocl,bpcl,hpcl,bhel etc
these are good jobs with good pay and respect where as the jobs which you do without completing graduation in small comapnies are cheap and value less job,and i dont think that you will try to settle in such an way after completing four years of engineering

i completed my engineering this year and i have 76% aggregate in mechanical eng can any one sujjest the companies where i can apply for jobs??????????????????
