Hi, I'm Rajdeepa and studying in class 10th after completing my 12th. I want to make career in Air Hostess. But, the problem is I'm having a poor eyesight. Can I use contact lenses or specks? Please can you tell me?? I'm really interested in making career in Air Hostess.

Yes, you can become air hostess by keeping contact lenses but not spectacles. Few airline companies ask for the candidate to have clear eye sight. So, it will be better if you check the eligibility requirements while applying to the job.

Few other eligibility requirements for becoming air hostess are listed below:

- The candidate should have passed in 12th in any discipline from any recognised board.
- The minimum height should be 5.2”. The weight should be proportional to height.
- The face should be fair & clear.
- The candidate should be physically fit & should not have any disabilities.

After completing 12th class education you can join in air hostess training institutions. Some of the institutions in India are given below:
