among mca/mba which course better for cse students of b.tech

You can go in for any of the above mentioned courses as per your interest. You should analyze the scope of each course differently. MCA will help you to get in to the technical field. A MBA course will help you to get in to the management related field. Both the courses will help you to get in to the academic fields. You can attend the NET exam after PG which will help you to get in to the lecture positions in government colleges or universities.

If you have done your B Tech in CSE, then you should go for M Tech in computers science. There are various courses like :

M.Tech. In Computer Science And Engineering

This would be better than MCA even.

Once you do this, after that surely you can do MBA.

For the M Tech you have to crack the exam GATE
and for MBA, you have to crack the exam CAT.

Both are very tough competitive exams and so you have to be well prepared.
