i have complete 3rd year of btech but i am doing job from 1year so iwant convert degree from regular to non regular

No, It is not possible to convert your degree mode from Regular to Non-Regular after completion of your 3rd year of B.Tech course. If you have pursued your three years B.Tech course through regular mode then, you need to complete your final year through same mode. It is not possible to do a job if you pursue B.Tech course through regular mode.
