As per my suggestion you can choose B.Tech. Electronics and Nanotechnology to make a career in Nanotechnology in Electronics. B.Tech. Electronics and Nanotechnology or Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Nanotechnology is an undergraduate Electronics and Nanotechnology course. The duration of this course is four years. For this course candidate must have passed 12th in science stream from a recognized board.
