Re: Details about Railway exams and its preparations?
The Railway Exams Board Notification is sent from all the 19 centres for which Railway Exams are held. The notification includes all the important and necessary information about the examination. It has a the list of examination dates, centres and various other informations.
Candidates start their preparation as soon as they get to know when the Railway Recruitment Board exams are starting from. A thorough preparation is the only key to clear Railway examination. If you want your preparations to be perfect then just practice the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Question Papers. Solving the previous year Railway exams question papers is most helpful. By solving the back year papers one gets a good idea about how the Railway Question Paper looks like in real. It also tells you about the marks allotted to each question, number of questions to be attempted, what are the choice and many such queries are settled. If 2 of these RRB question papers are solved on a daily basis then you will certainly score in good numbers. These mock tests are available online. The choice is totally yours whether you want to go for Railway exams model question papers or the unsolved ones. Sites like Latestt.com have a good set of these question papers. The best part is that these samplers are downloadable and are available for free. The work in railways is divided into 4 groups. The GROUP A officers are placed through UPSC For recruitment in Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and the Indian Railways Accounts Service (IRAS), Civil Service Examination has to be cleared. For recruitment in Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), Indian Railway Services of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) and Indian Railway Store Service (IRSS), Combined Engineering Service has to be cleared. The group c employees are promoted to fill in GROUP B posts. The railway exam for GROUP C is the largest. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) holds the examination for Group C officers of railways. All 19 boards individually take care of recruitments of Group C. Any kind of regional or linguistic difference is not given any importance. Group C placements are done for the following signal and mechanical inspectors, Station Masters, motormen and guards. In this group also division exists in technical and no technical areas. R |
