I am doing my B.sc agriculture in a private university i neeed to do my M.Sc agriculture in a ICAR unversity what are the type of entrances i can write. doing it from here will definitely good for my career and i may have good chances in government jobs also.

ICAR stands for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.For Master of Science course candidate must have passed Bachelor degree from a recognized university in any stream. The minimum percentage required for Master of Science degree in your B.Sc course is 60%. 50% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category. The admission of candidate will be done on the basis of entrance examination.The minimum age of candidate must be 21 years.

Exam Pattern:
Here I have mentioned below the complete topics in the various streams.

Stream A:
This stream contains the main topics such as Biology/ Agriculture, Physics and Chemistry respectively.

Stream B:
In this stream there will be topics such as Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics respectively.

Distribution of Questions as per section:

Mathematics/ Biology/ Agriculture: 120-180
Physics: 1-60 Questions
Chemistry: 60-120 Questions

Total Number of Questions: There will be 180 questions in the question paper.
