just doing diploma is not sufficient to get a good job. this is because diploma holders are considered equivalent to 12th pass student.
so you can not expect a good package after diploma.
but if you study further and do b.tech, then there will be a great rise in your income. b.tech graduates are getting very good jobs and their package is even reaching 10 lacs p.a.

if you get jobs in some reputed companies like L&T, bhel, etcor any govt jobs.
then your package will be between 20,000 to 30,000 per month after training...
but there are many not so reputed companies at starting they will give 8000 to 12000 per month.
this is all about what you want to know...

After diploma i want to do job as well as study for b.tec. Can it be possible?

Diploma is good but you should not stop with that only.

It is not assumed as sufficient.You can further go for B.Tech.

If we talk about package,obviously you can get an average of Rs.20,000,if you work hard and your 10th,12th,diploma aggregate is good and if recruiters find you perfect according to them.

So,go ahead and all the best.

well packages are mostly offered in campus placements

they comprise of broadly 2 components

cash component

facilities offered.... like health insurance etc.

engineering diploma holder can expect around 7000/- cash

(maybe less) and traveling allowance etc.

if you are lucky you can get 10000/- around cash.

after doing the diploma in engineering you will be eligible for both of the government as well as the private jobs

and the salary that you will be getting is most probably around 15000 to 20000 at the time of joining per month and this may increase afterwards depending on your work ...

You can get around 18000-25000 per month after doing diploma course in almost every engineering courses.

After diploma you can directly join the 2nd yr in engg course through lateral entry.This would be a great advantage for you.you can earn more money if you complete your engg.
only with diploma you cannot earn more money.

can i get a job after diploma and go further wid b tech ?.. is it suitable to do both together ?

after complition of deploma i got the job in mnc company. But i want to do the b.tech, is it posible.

at that time you can expect salary of around rs 40000.
i personally know a diploma holder who earn 42000 per month.

yeah its possible if u will get clear entrance exam of b.tech part time course in jamia which is also equal to regular degree.
