Re: Expected income after Diploma in Chemical Engineering course? Benefits of studying this course?
The benefits of the diploma are not much as it is not equivalent to the full graduation degree but to 12th standard only.
After the diploma, you will be eligible to apply for the jobs of 12th standard level, but not for engineering level. Also, the payment would be much lower. If you want to rise high in this field only, you can go for the engineering degree in the same field even after doing the diploma. Yes, after the diploma, if you want to get into Engineering then there is a special examination for the diploma fellows named LEET. LEET >>>> Lateral Entry Engineering Test. If you qualify in the Test then you will be allotted a seat in the engineering college based on the rank in the examination and your diploma percentage. You will be given the admission in directly in the 2nd year of engineering. |
