You can go for RAILWAYS, DRDO, ISRO and in PSUs like NTPC, NHPC, ONGC and also try in your state dept.

as you are interested in design why you are not trying for some courses in IDTR it will be helpful for you and you can get government jobs from their also.
instead of that you can try for the following companies

2.GAIL
