How to apply for IAS after completing BSc?
My b.sc completing in may and i want to do IAS in uttar pradesh this year please help me out how i apply for it?

Since you are in your final year you are eligible to appear for the test. You will first need to clear the preliminary exam. For that you need to start preparing in the general knowledge area. Also you need to start preparing in two of the optional subjects. You need to visit the official site to get the list of optional subjects. You can select the subjects based on what you studied in graduation.

Hello,
The procedure for applying for IAS exam is that you can take the application form from the designated Head Post Offices or you can register online.It is conducted by UPSC and yo u must attain the age of 21-30 years.Its is divided into three parts.Written Test (Preliminary Exam and Main Exam), Personality Interview.You can get through it.Prepare it well. All the best. |

For IAS you have to appear for the Civil Service Exam conducted by the UPSC each year.
You can apply for the Civil Service examin 2 methods: *Online Method: You can apply online at: http://upsconline.nic.in/index.php Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website. *Offline Method: You can also apply Offline in the Common Application Form , which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty only). Each such Form can be used only once and only for one examination. Important Dates: Last of submitting complete application form: 21.03.2011 Date of Preliminary Exams :12.06.2011 Date of Main exam :27.10.21011 Refer to the attached notification for detailed knowledge. |

Yeah you have the great opportunity to write the Civils Examination.
all you have to do is first know about the exam the details of the examination are as follows IAS is an central service and also deeply regarded as d most prestigious job.. Like this service there are other 24 services for which a common entrance test is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) The main basic eligibility criteria for Civils Service Examination ->Candidate must have 21 years of age ->Candidate must complete at least degree from a recognized Indian University this is all about the basic eligibility criteria of CSE As per your qualification if you have completed Degree then definitely you are eligible for the exam..
