Every year UPSC conducts Civil Services Examination for
IAS,IPS,IFS and allied services.
So, you will have to appear the Civil Services Examination for
being an IAS officer.
The eligibility criteria for the examination is as following:
1)Age limit: 21-30 years for GEN category
3 year relaxation for OBC candidates and 5 year for SC/ST/PD candidates.

2)Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from any recognized university.

As you are a graduate student so you are eligible for the examination if you

You can apply IAS 2011 after completing graduation. You can apply online on the website http://www.upscgov.in or you can also apply through offline. The offline application form can be obtained from the head post office.
The important notification is given below......

To Became a IAS officer you have to clear the exam of civil services conducted by UPSC every year.the basic eligibility criteria you should have a graduate degree and your age must be between 21-30 years of age.

Graduation passed from any stream,which is Govt approved college/university..

Civil Service Aptitude Test Or Civil Service Exam is conducted by upsc Government every year. Its having Two exam one is prelims and 2nd one is Mains(you are eligible for this Exam if and only if you clear prelims.)

To become IAS officer, you will need to appear for Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC. There are basically two ways through which you can apply for the exam.
Online
Offline
To apply online, you must visit www.upsconline.nic.in
To apply offline, you can obtain the application form from post offices and head post offices throughout India.
The cost of application form is Rs.20
The initial examination fee is Rs.50
The examination fee for the main exam is Rs.100
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category and girls are exempted from the initial fee of Rs.50.
To take the test, you must be a graduate between the age limit of 21 years to 30 years.
Candidates belonging to Sc/St category may apply till the age of 35 years and candidates belonging to OBC may apply till the age of 33 years.
The IAS examination will comprise of three stages
