Qualifications requirement to sit for IAS exam is given below 1.minimum qualification graduation in any subject, with 55% marks in graduation. as you already have a graduation qualification. so you can appear IAS exam. all the best..... |

Yes, you can apply IAS after your MBA. The eligibility criteria for this exam is graduate in any course and you should be 21-30 years of age Civil service exam is conducted by UPSC. any graduate in India can apply for ias exam it does not matter whether you did post graduation or not, the only thing that will matter for you is whether your age is below 30 years or not, if your age is above 30 years then you are not eligible also you can select any subject of your choice for the main exam , the list of subjects are available at www.upsc.gov.in |

Sure you are eligible to apply. The condition is that you should have pursued the course from recognised institute. Also you must be at least 21 years old and not more than 30 years. The application forms will be available from 19th February for a period of one year. You can purchase the same from the main post office near you.

you are eligible for the ias examination. the minimum criteria to write the examination is to have a degree from a recognized university.and you should have completed your age of 21 years. you can consult the senior ias ficers for choosing your optional subjects in ias exam.

yeah definitely you can go with Civil Services after your M.B.A
I think you're aware of eligibility criteria ..if you're not..then once check them Eligibility Criteria for Civil Service Examination is ->you should have a degree from a recognized university. ->you should have minimum age of 21 years.. Relaxation for reserved category's in age for OBC upto 33 years for SC/ST/PD candidates upto 35 years taking coaching depends on your personal interest .. if you're dedicated hardworking and intelligent then no need of any coaching institutes.. regards ~aditya~ |

Yes you can apply for IAS examination after MBA as per educational eligiblity criteria.
IAS exams are conducted by UPSC every year as civil services exams. You should have Graduation degree from a recognized university to apply for this exam. Other Eligiblity Criteria are: Age limit: 21 years must be completed on 1st August of the year, which a candidate is appearing. Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs. Number of Attempts Four attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. If a person appears in the Preliminary Examination or even one paper is counted as an attempt. IAS Eligibility Criteria : Age limits : The candidate must have attained the age of 21 yrs and must not attained the age of 30 yrs on 1st Aug,2011. sir min qualification for IAS is graduation with 50% from a recognized university

to appear in the IAS exam minimum requirement is the completion of the graduation from any recognized indian university. with the age of 21 to 30 years. Minimum Educational Qualifications are: The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. Age :- 21 years to 35 years, age relaxation for reserved candidates as per Govt guide lines i.e 3 years in upper limit for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
