I want to know how to apply for iit lateral entry? please provide to me the details

No, you are not eligible to get the admission in the Indian Institute of Technology through the lateral entry.

The eligibility to get the admission is the candidates need to qualify in the JEE examination to get the admission in the Undergraduate course and in the GATE for the admission in the M.tech course.

But if you are a diploma candidates you are eligible to pursue the B.tech course through the LEET which is coducted every year by the various university and the institution for the admission in the 2ND year of the B.tech course.

So, you are not eligible to get the admission in the IIT as you are not eligible to appear in the Advance examination through which the candidates are eligible to get the admission.

IIT stands for the Indian Institute of Technology and there is no admission through the lateral entry in any of the course.

To get the admission in the IIT the candidates need to qualify in the JEE exmination which is conducted in the two stages and the candidates after selection in both the stages are eligible for the admission in the IIT. The eligibility is candidates who have passed the 10+2 with the PCM group are eligble.

But if you are interested in pursuing the B.tech course through the Lateral you are eligible to appear in the LEET examination. LEET examination is conducted for the admission of the candidates in the 2ND year after the diploma.

IIT does not allows the lateral entry scheme for diploma students.It directly enters the students on the basis of 12th and entrance exam.

IITs colleges are the best colleges in India for B.Tech and other engineering courses.
The only way to get admission in the colleges is on the basis of JEE Advance rank.
JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination conducted by CBSE for admission in various engineering colleges.
First of all , students need to appear and qualify JEE Mains then only they will get chance to appear in JEE Advance examination to get admission .
Registration process for JEE Mains starts in the month of October and last till November and its examination being conducted in first week of April.
Also, every student have only 3 chances to appear in the JEE Mains examination including the year in which the student appear for 10+2 examination whereas only 2 attempts for JEE Advance.

Since , there is no provision for lateral entry in IIT colleges.
So,you can not take admission through lateral entry.
