In order to become an Officer in the Indian Navy, you may write combined defense service exam, conducted by the union public service commission.
The examination is conducted for recruitment of officers in all the major defense forces of India, including Indian Navy.
To be considered eligible for Indian Navy through the combined defense service exam, you must hold a bachelors degree, either in engineering or in science with Physics and Mathematics as your major subjects.
As far as the age limit is concerned, the minimum eligible age is 19 years and the maximum age limit is 22 years.
The notification regarding the combined defense service exam is published on the official website of union public service commission as well as in India's major Newspapers.
The application process includes both online and offline mode and you may apply through any of them.

To become an indian navy officer you need to apply NDA examination which is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.

There is an eligibility and age requirements are there, here iam providing you the eligibility criteria;

You should complete +2 from any recognised state board of india.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Candidate should be a citizen of india and physically fit.

Age criteria:
Age should be 16.5years to 19years.
