Hello, I need to know how to join the Army in the technical sector for females after completing BE(ECE), and what is the procedure to follow and qualifying exam for the same.

a girl can join ARMY through SSC(short service commission) technichal entry sheme for women.there is age ristriction.for details visit www.indian army.gov.in

HI,
After passing B.E you can join defence through Combine Defence Services(C.D.S).

After qualifying this exam you can join:-
>> Indian Army
>> Indian Air force
>> Indian Navy

Eligibility criteria for C.D.S:-
> Pass graduation/b.tech/b.e with any subject from recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year
> Medically fit

There are 3 steps of selection:-
-Written exam.
-Interview
-medical exam.

No , Girls are not eligible for INDIAN ARMY EXAM through CDSE exam.

Details of this exam is given below.You are applicable for CDSE exam

COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAM(CDSE)

This exam is conducted by UPSC in every year.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Those candidate are completed graduation are eligible for CDSE exam but 12 standard subject must be Math and Physics.

B-TECH ans BE student are also eligible for this exam .But you have not any Pending Backlog.

Final Year student are also eligible for CDSE exam.There is no percentage marks criteria.

AGE CRITERIA

Your age shouldt be in between 19 to 23 years/

MARITAL STATUS

Only Unmarried persons are eligible

NATIONALITY

You must have citizenship from India.

GENDER

Oly male candidate are eligible.
