i am doing B.E. IN COMPUTER HOW CAN I APPLY FOR NDA? WHAT IS THE JOB ?

Dear Friend,
First the most important thing is that you may apply but you are not eligible as per the Age Criteria because only the students who are in between 16 ½ to 19 yrs are eligible for it.Beside this you Should be unmarried as per their rules and regulations and with these your class 12th subject as compulsory should be with Physics & Maths if you are applying for Air Force and Navy.

You are not eligible to apply for the exam

Because


The minimum age must be " 16.5 " years

Maximum age is allowed up to " 19 " years


And as you have completed B.Tech your age WOULD NOT BE IN THE ABOVE RANGE


So you are not eligible


To apply for this candidate must have a 12th class from a Recognized university


And as you completed B.E you can go for the "" COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICES "" exam

As far as I think that your age will definitely cross the limit of 19 years when you will complete your bachelor's degree in computer science engineering.The age limit for the NDA examinations are 16.5 to 19 years for candidates of all category with no relaxations in age provided to anyone.

So ,friend ,I do not think that you will be eligible for the NDA examinations after completing bachelor's degree as your age will over 19 years.

If you are really determined to shape your career in future in the defense sector ,there is one more option for you that is you may go for the Combined defense services ,it is just like NDA exams ,it is also conducted twice every year by the UPSC.

The only difference is that bachelor's degree is the minimum qualification for the exam.

Since you are an engineering student ,you must have taken maths and physics at 10+2 level ,so you are eligible for all the different academies mentioned below with their age limit.

1.Indian military academy:19-24 years

2.Indian Naval academy:19-22 years

3.Indian Airforce academy:19-23 years

4.Officer's Training academy:19-25 years.

>>Both the girls as well as boys can apply for the exam.

>>You must be an Indian citizen.

higher qualification is not mandatory......for job in nda following should be taken care of:


For Army wing of National Defence Academy, applicant should have passed 10+2 class or intermediate or equivalent examination fro recognized university or board.

For Air Force and Naval wings, candidates should have passed 12th class in 10+2 pattern with Mathematics and Physics subjects.

Candidates who are studying in class 12th are also eligible to apply for the NDA and NA courses.

You have completed BE degree in computer science so you are applicable for NDA exam.But you must fulfill the below given criteria first-

1) You have completed 10+2 board from recognized board with minimum percentage marks .

Final year of 12th board candidate are applicable for this post .

Non Maths and Physics candidate can apply only Indian Army Post

2) Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years old .

There is no age relaxation for SC/ST/PH candidate .

3) Only those candidate have Indian Citizenship can apply here .

4) Unmarried male candidate can apply here .

I think your age is over 19 years old because you have completed BE degree.So you are not applicable for NDA exam.But you have so many option like NDA exam .

You can easily apply in CDS ,AFCAT and UES exam.All exams are conduct for Indian Defence service .

Your departments is computer science so you have good option for technical department which is conducted by AFCAT exam.

If you are interested to Join in NDA you can satisfy some eligibility criteria which is required for that

as per your qualification you are eligible for NDA but you can must satisfy the age criteria, because the maximum age for NDA is 19 years only, if you are cross this limit then you are not eligible for NDA Examination

This Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission in yearly twice i.e.

NDA - I

NDA have three wings i.e.

Indian Air Force

Indian Navy

Required Eligibility Criteria for NDA EXamination

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a 12th standard with PCM (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) subjects from any recognized institution

There is no percentage required for this examination

Candidates age should between 16.5 years to 19 years
