National Defense Academy (NDA) exam is conducted by upsc twice in a year to intake qualified Candidate for different department in Defense service like >>Indian Airforce
>>Indian Navy
>>Indian Army

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:
Education qualification:
For Indian Air Force/Indian Navy:You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream.
For Indian Army:You should have complete 12th class with any stream from a recognized university.
Age Limit:
Your Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
Citizenship: Indian

NDA-I exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
Exam will held on 15th April 2012.
NDA-II exam notification for this year:
Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM

Those candidate have completed their 12th standard are eligible for NDA exam.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable.

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA EXAM:-

1) Written test which is conducted by UPSC.

2)Personal Interview.

EXAM DATE FOR NDA EXAM:-

Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
Last date to receive completed application forms : 30-01-2012
Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012

HOW DO I FILL UP THE REFERENCE IN NDA FORM ONLINE APPLICATION 2012 - 1

You can apply for NDA by simply giving an interview followed by a written test.
It can be applied in two modes :
1. On-line : Through the official websites of nda such as :
¤ www.upsc.gov.in
¤ www.nda.nic.in
¤ www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
2. Off-line : By simply filling up the application form and submit it.
For more details, about the examination, I am providing the eligibility criteria for NDA.
¤ The eligibility criteria for NDA is provided below :
1. The candidate must be an Indian.
2. The candidate should be physically fit.
3. The age limit is 16.5 years to 19 years.
4. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year..

I am sorry to say that you are can't apply for N.D.A(I), 2012 because last date of submission of form is over..
You can apply in N.D.A(II)

IMPORTANT DATE FOR N.D.A, 2012
Date of Notification:-05.05.2012
Last date of receipt of form:- 04.06.2012(MONDAY)
Date of exam:-19.08.2012 (SUNDAY)

NDA Examinations are held by upsc governm
There are two methods to get forms for NDA examination :
1. Online -
Online applications are available at the website of UPSC. To fill the UPSC form online, you can click on this -
link.
- Application forms can be done by paying Rs. 25 (except ST & SC).
You can pay this by one of the three ways :
~ by submitting in any branch of SBI by cash
~ by Credit or Debit card
~ by net banking facility of SBI.
2. Offline :
Forms are available in some selected post offices throughout the country.
- As soon as the application forms are recieved and processed, the candidates will be sent an admit card for the exam.
