As you have done civil engineering and want to do job, then you can go for both private as public sector jobs. Here below are details regarding job type and employment area after civil engineering:-

Every year State Government of Madhya Pradesh Publishes Recruitment Notifications (Madhya Pradesh government job notifications) for Upcoming jobs in MP for various sectors. After completion of engineering, you can apply both private or government sectors as per Eligibility.
