I have started a new boutiqe and a small shop of dress material as ladies suits / handloom and bed sheets etc. I want success in my business but how ? pl. tell me ?

first decide which type of product you want to sell and where have start your business.
Before you begin to sell, the very first thing to know is- what is your target customers.
In order to know what to sell try to check out local shop owners who will give you an idea what sells the most.

More important is advertisement, advertisement itself fetches you a lot of customer.
Also understand mentality of people - it should be cheap and good quality.
You can also find out wholesalers for your items, so you can have cheap rates.

But check out the shops similar to you so that you get an idea how these type of shops run.
Initially sell your goods even if there is no profit - so you can get publicity in your area.

see renu in business u need to have patience, u can give some offers for the upcoming festivals, like sell at low price then normal, give something free for a dress,etc

find a good location.
maintain good public relations.
since it is a begining dont think to earn money more..try n earn name in the market..
give discounts to attract the customers..

It's a really sweet thought to start a boutique or any fancy item shop.
To start a business you need to take a frenchisis of the brand, its gives you the good product reliability. Suppose if you take frenchisis of LEVI'S or PAPE JEANS or any good brand then it will be good for your business.
So you may try this idea hope you will get success.

Simple to say but should be implied by little hard work..

1. Follow the latest trends

2. Proov that you can give the quality comparing to your competitors

Quality and punctuality are sucess formules for every business irrespective of nature of the business.

3. If you know the product is damaged let the customer know that before selling to him, so that your shop can gain trust of your customer as well as the reputation and goodwill.

4. Know the customer pulse.

5. Feel the customer as god, respect him.

6. If you are introducing the new dress or design, initially customers response will not reach your expectaion.In such circumstances do not get upset.Educate them by demonstrating your products and their usefulness.

Note: You should make an individual as your customer, soon make your customer as consumer of your product/business.

dear you need a advertisement for this you have print your banners so that as many as people can know about your shop, and also give some offers like buy 2 suits get one free. this you can do by making your two suit cost equal to the cost of the three suites.only just to atteract the the customers.
and do not give any bad quality product this can harm your reputation.before building up of the reputation.
in this way you can improve your marketing .

first you start your improvement from boutique side.design and develop your boutique style.and display various and unique design for visitors.keep in stock ladies accessories a huge because who are visiting your shop they will definately pick one small thing to avoid irretation.

browse interner for new design of boutique.

and beside this keep faith in yourself.smile every hour and every moment and obiviously with your customer.because good behaviour car increase you footfalling.

some times for clear old stock materials give discount.this is essential.

otherwise you are on your right way.
