Yes you can Join in Indian Navy Wing after completing B.E in mechanical engineering course. You can Join in Indian Navy wing through CDS Entrance Examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every twice in a year. The Important notification for this entrance examination will be released in Employment news paper and Official website of UPSC. Make sure that you should satisfy the below criteria in order to join in Indian Navy wing.

-You should be qualified for bachelor degree in science stream from recognized university .
-Your age should be 19 years to 23 years for CDS Examination
-You should be physically Fit for CDS examination .
-You should be Unmarried male candidate to participate in CDS Examination.
