I am studying B.E MECH(third year)..how I can prepare for gate exam and where I will write gate exam and how? pls help me....

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

This is a national wide entrance exam being conducted once in a year to recruit the candidates for M.Tech course.

Here is the required eligibility criteria to apply for this Exam.

One should have completed Graduation in Engineering with any of the stream from a recognized university.

Candidates who are pursuing final year of Engineering course are also eligible to apply for the Exam.

No minimum percentage of marks are require for the candidates in Graduation.

As per preparation,

Collect the list of top books in the Market to prepare for GATE Exam.

If possible, try to join in a Coaching Institute so that your preparation would be easy.

Try to practice previous year question papers and model question papers for this Exam.

Try to be strong enough in fundamentals.

Take mock tests and analyze your performance from time to time.

Try to discuss the things with other friends so that you will never forget them and moreover you can get new points as well.
