You need to consult a doctor on whether the same can be corrected. You may need to go in for physiotherapy. Also they will advice whether it is advisable for you to join the defense field. If negative you must look for other options. There is no point in applying if you know you will be rejected.

Sir, I am really interested in joining NDA but i have knock knees and i m also been operated thrice for the same. I still have little bit of deviation, so will i be able to pass the medical standards of NDA?

i have knocking knees(valgus diformity) and also flat foot but it well never creat any problem for me in life i can run as other can and can do all tasks better than others.but in my case
the magnitude of knocking knee is very small .will ibe rejerted? |

There is one assana in YOGA if done regularly in morning and in evening can correct your knees knock.
Buy some good book on yoga and do that assana see whether improvement is happening or not. It will take months to correct that knees knock. As here I cannot describe that assana. as far as flat feet is concern I do not know any correction practice for that. |
