How to do M.Com Part I in external after completing B.Com from Saurashtra University? What is the procedure and syllabus?

myself JATIN BHAKHAR i have completed B.com from SAURASHTR university & now
i want to do m.com PART-1 in external so i want to know in which DATE& month start the m com external admission, what is the procedure & syllabus, please guide me...
